I had a lovely stay at Hotel Scala Frankfurt City Centre. The location was superb, just a short walk from Zeil shopping area, Römer, and excellent public transport. The staff were friendly, and I appreciated their helpfulness with my inquiries.

the hotel was far from perfect. the room stunk of stale cigarette smoke, and when I complained, the staff dismissed my concerns. also, I expected a complimentary drink after all the hassle but got nothing. it’s like being treated as just another guest. I almost gave it a good review, but just couldn't.

Positive, The room was lovely, spacious, and clean. I loved the kettle for coffee and teas. Location was great, just a 5-minute walk to the metro. Breakfast was awesome, and I highly recommend it!

i had a fantastic stay at scala frankfurt city centre. the hotel is right in the center, close to lots of bars and the main shopping street, zeil. my room was spacious, clean, and the bed was super comfortable. the staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, which made me feel right at home.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a 3-minute walk from the bustling Zeil shopping street. I took my kiddie there for some shopping, and we had a great time grabbing some treats. Breakfast was decent, just enough to fuel our busy days exploring Frankfurt!

Friendly staff, convenient location, the hotel is just a 17-minute train ride from the airport, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy a pleasant stay while having access to comfortable beds in a clean room.
